Deadly Hammer

by Sageda Moubarak, Tripoli, 2022

There is no justice from whom you hope for their mercy. you are tied in an inescapable way. justice requires the withdrawal of your freedom. Now you are in the midst of fear, do not scream, no one will hear you, everyone wants you to be silent. But whatever until we find our salvation at the judge's gavel.

the other face

by Sageda Moubarak, Tripoli, 2022

When you have to swallow the blood of your wounded throat..because after a moment you spoke the truth..

When you know in advance... that you are a slave to the service of a master, he will not give you more than half a loaf of bread spit out from their mouths..

You may know that justice has covered its eyes..!!

Refugee from the land of Palestine

by Mouayed Hamadallah, Bar Elias, 2022

First, so they understand that we will never forget the history of our displacement. Second, so they understand how we live in the camps. Third, so they understand our deprivation, our oppression, and the denial of our rights. Fourth, so they know we will never forget Palestine and will shall return no matter who our supporters or deniers are.

it’s my right to learn

by Mehdi Al Homsi, Bar Elias, 2022

Through my field experience inside the camps, I found that a lack of education is one of the biggest challenges that the children suffer from. There are several reasons why refugee children have lost their right to education, and when their future seems unknown and bleak, their education will be the main guarantee for a chance for them at a good future; without that their life would remain hard. And so I say let our goal be their education.
