The neighborhood of Hamra in Beirut, is the first site investigated by the RELIEF Prosperity Team, in partnership with the American University of Beirut (AUB), the AUB Neighborhood Initiative, the Lebanese American University, the Center for Lebanese Studies and UNHabitat-Lebanon.
